Account Supervisor (Full-time)
Oversees and is accountable for all client work. Directly responsible for managing Account Services and Creative Services by delegating account leads, project managing across PR, design, events, media buys, and all services. Holds clients to contracts and team to time budgets respective to revenue. Will lead key accounts and do some task-level work specifically in areas of planning, timelines, media buys, crisis PR, and marketing.
Supervises – Account Services including contractors and interns, and interfaces with Creative Services.
Compensation – Salaried with incentives for new business contracts

Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, public relations, journalism, (or comparable study/job experience);
- 7-10 years experience in marketing, mass communication and public relations with proven success;
- Exemplary people skills with the ability to use tact, discretion, and good judgment in client relations and media communications settings;
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office, Social Media Tools, Email, Google, and the Mac platform.
- Essential Functions include but are not limited to Account Services, Client Relations, Account Coordination, Professional and New Business Development, and a team player.
Office Manager (Part-time)
Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and supporting staff
Compensation – Hourly
Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (or comparable study/job experience);
- 2 years experience in organizational/planning role(s);
- Exemplary people skills with the ability to use tact, discretion, and good judgment in client relations and human resources settings;
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office, Social Media Tools, Email, Google, Basecamp, QuickBooks and the Mac platform
- Supply Management, Informing Others, Tracking Budget Expenses, Delegation, Staffing, Managing Processes, Supervision, Developing Standards, Promoting Process Improvement, Inventory Control, Reporting Skills
Account Coordinator (Full-time contractor)
In support of Account Executive, oversees select public relations and social media accounts—supporting select others. Directly responsible for executing tasks from signed contracts to completion in service of clients and the media in the areas of publicity, copy writing, social media, and events. Reports to Account Supervisor.
Compensation – Hourly
Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in public relations, journalism, (or comparable study/job experience);
- 2 years experience in mass communication and public relations with proven success;
- Exemplary people skills with the ability to use tact, discretion, and good judgment in client relations and media communications settings;
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office, Cision, Social Media Tools, Email, Google, and the Mac platform.
- Essential Functions include but are not limited to: Client Relations, Public Relations, Social Media, Account Methodology, Professional Development and a team player.
